Photos and Description of this Grimaud holiday villa

Villa Paradis is totally private, with stunning panoramic views throughout. Approached through electric gates, the villa has been refurbished to the highest of standards. All rooms are of a good size, the bedrooms being of a pretty provencal style, whilst the living/dining area is of a contemporary style. The kitchen is fully equipped with all white appliances, including an American fridge/freezer. There is a very large terrace which can be accessed via the sitting room, main bedroom, or conservatory. This terrace has a large garden table & chairs for 8, with a garden umbrella for shade. Alternatively there is an electric awning that covers the whole terrace, should shade be required. Set in mature gardens, the pool is 10m x 5m and deep enough for the most exuberant of divers. There are plenty of quiet areas in the garden or around the pool for sunbathing.

Villa Paradis is located on the private Colle du Turc Domaine, on the outskirts of the medieval village of Grimaud. Port Grimaud, St Maxime and many stunning beaches are all very close by. St Tropez is 12km away, & Nice airport 1hr 15mins. Grimaud boasts many excellent restaurants, art galleries, & has a market every Thursday. Boules is played in the village square daily in the afternoon. The vibrant St Tropez has a fabulous market every Saturday & Tuesday am; also you will be able to enjoy many gastronomic delights in St Tropez. Along with a shopping experience not to forget.

Each has French doors that open onto either the terrace or the gardens. All three bedrooms are air-conditioned.
