This lovely air-conditioned Provencal Villa with 4 bedrooms wih a double bed & one bedroom with 3 single beds is perched on a hill overlooking Sainte Maxime, the Mediterranean sea and facing the gulf of St. Tropez . The villa has its own garden with a private swimming pool 12 x 5 metres in size. It has a large dining and sitting room, a breakfast bar and separate (New)kitchen, three air conditioned double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms/shower rooms, one triple bedroom with 3 full size single beds and a separate bathroom and a lovely stone and terracotta air conditioned cabin in the garden with a double bed and a sink. The garden has a boules pitch. The villa is 10 minutes walk from Sainte Maxime village and the sea with 6 local fine sandy beaches nearby. It is a 20 minutes drive from St Tropez or a 10 minute water taxi ride from Ste Maxime. The sitting room has satellite TV, video, DVD and a stereo system. There is an audible security alarm in the pool.

The villa is 8 minutes walk from St. Maxime village centre, 10 minutes walk from the sea and the fine sandy beaches and 20 minutes drive from St. Tropez. Ste Maxime is a palm fringed seaside town with 6 beaches nearby, more than 60 great restaurants, a covered local market and a casino. There is a lovely port with water taxis to St Tropez.

Aqualand: Aqualand, a great water ride park is 10 minutes drive from the villa. Sainte Maxime is a cute seaside town with a lovely port, a casino on the beach, more than 60 restaurants, 3 fresh food markets and 2 big supermarkets just on the outskirts. The villa is in a quiet private villa estate with private roads. Behind the villa is a verdant green oak pine forest great for walks.

Beautiful property in a great location

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday at this villa. Firstly it is a beautiful property with everything you need and lots of space. Secondly it is in a great location (15 - 20 minute walk into Sainte Maxime) with stunning views starting inland stretching across the bay to St Tropez. The pool is lovely and the outside eating area is great for evening BBQ's. We had 2 small children (under 2 years) with us and found it great for them. They especially enjoyed the lovely clean, family beach at Sainte Maxime. The owners obviously take everything into account for the guests who stay here. They got hold of extra things at our request (cots, hi chairs) with no problems.

We found everything very easy and straight forward - a very relaxing holiday!!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
