Villa Charmante has an idyllic setting nestled among olive groves above Claviers. With spacious, comfortable accommodation, your own pool, beautiful views and a private, secluded location it is a lovely relaxing hideaway. Striking entrance leads down an elegant staircase to the large character lounge. Spacious dining room with patio doors and views of Claviers, with hills beyond. Fully equipped kitchen and utility room. Master king-size bedroom with en suite bathroom and French doors leading to terrace overlooking the pool. Second bedroom with 3 single beds. Shower room with WC. Separate cloakroom with WC. Second lounge (or curtained off third bedroom). Pool open 3 April to 30 October 2010. Terraces with sunny and naturally shaded areas, parasols, sun loungers, plenty of garden furniture and barbecue. Nice and Toulon airports are both 1 hours drive. Stroll down to the village for fresh bread and croissants or dine at the restaurant in the square. Claviers has a market day, baker, grocer, restaurants, bar and PO. Explore the many local villages with their market days or head to the glorious Cote d'Azur. There are beautiful sandy beaches at Frejus, St Maxime (40 minutes) and St Tropez (1 hour). See the spectacular Gorge du Verdon - France's Grand Canyon (30 minutes) and try watersports at Lac St Croix at the mouth of the Gorge. Sample delicious provencal food, excellent vineyards, traditional markets, pretty medieval villages. Amazing golf courses, tennis and rambling are also close by.
