This charming house, which is constructed of red local stones, is of very high standard and well integrated in its typical Provence surroundings. Tranquil setting. The house which is built in two parts and separated by a covered patio contains: Main Part: Cosy combined living and sitting room with fireplace, new and well equipped kitchen. Master bedroom with direct access to master bathroom with bath tub, wash bin and toilet. Two separate bedrooms with showers and WCs. Overall beautiful floor tiles, new furniture as well as beamed ceilings. Large renovated swimming pool (5x10m) with flag stoned pool area. Mildly sloping well maintained garden with views of surroundings olive and vineyards. Cosy boule area. Garage near the entrance of the property separate from the house by a charming patio with outdoor fireplace/grill. The property is situated only 2km from the charming village Callas which offers essential shops, cafes/bars, post office, and a market every Saturday

Callas, 5 minutes by car, is a small medieval Provencial hilltop village with a bakery, small grocery shop, butcher, bar/cafe, restaurants, tourist office and post-office.There are nearby olive mills, vineyards and a local market every Saturday in the village square. Only 15 minutes drive away is Draguignan, the old capital of Var, where there is a wider selection of shops and supermarkets. The A8 Autoroute is 20 minutes away giving easy access to the French Riviera, Monaco and the sandy beaches along the Mediterranean coastline. The spectacular Grande Canyon du Verdon and Lac St Croix is a pleasant 30 minutes drive. There are plenty of activities nearby including golf, craft markets, water parks, sea fishing and boat trips.
