This beautiful white stucco fronted London property is situated in the centre of London in the popular Pimlico Grid. St Georges Square, just outside your front door. The apartment benefits from its own entrance, has a spacious living/sitting room area. There is a one queen size bedroom, with a newly fitted ensuite shower room and toilet. The other bedroom has two single beds, which leads out onto the newly paved private garden where you can sit of an evening sipping Pims and enjoy the late evening sun, away from the bustle of the busy London streets. The apartment is conveniently located next to the shops and apartments of Dolphin Square, where you can buy your emergency supplies, or take advantage of a quick meal out. It is also only a stones throw away from the amazing shopping experiences you can have in Sloane Square, Knightsbridge Oxford Street among others, London's Theatre District and the vast aray of international cuisine, all a few minutes taxi ride away

Le Rayol Canadel is situated on the largely unspoilt Mediterranean coastline approximately 20 miles from St Tropez. It nestles between the towns of Le Lavandou and Cavalaire sur Mer. The area is surrounded by many local restaurants, yet enjoys the calm and tranquillity so rare elsewhere on the Cote D'Azur. The local village is approximately a mile away from the apartments and has everything you would need during your stay. During the Summer, there are local markets to be found in Rayol and Canadel, and the surrounding towns and villages, almost every day, all within driving distance. There is also a Ferry service from Le Lavandou where you can escape for the day to the Isles D'or - Porquerolles or Port Cros.

Notes: The apartment is in a perfect location, with easy access to public transport, via Pimlico tube station, all main line stations, notably Victoria Station, which is serviced by Gatwick Airport, however, most places are only a taxi ride away. there are a number of restaurants locally serving a wide variety of international cuisines, or if you are just into british food, there are, within walking distance, pubs, wine bars. All tastes are catered for. The London Eye, one of London's major tourist attractions is a boat ride away. The river taxi, which you can pick up on the embankment, can take you east to Canary Wharf, or West, towards Putney. It's perfect for seeing the whole of London and having a confortable and spacious base to go home to. You can relax in the comfort of your own home.

The Apartment: The apartment is in the beautiful london street, overlooking St Georges Square, in the heart of the Pimlico Grid. You are surrounded by fantastic restaurants all within walking distance. There are a range of ameneties close by, supermarkets, dry cleaners. You are also a taxi ride away from London's West End, shopping, theatreland, and fine dining. Knightsbridge, Oxford Street, Picadilly etc, together with all London's major attractions a short ride away. The London Eye, Buckingham Palace, Tower of London, Canary Wharf, Westminster Abbey. You can use the London River Boat service, to take you to any of these, or alternatively use the London underground or busses.

The Village: The local village is about a mile from the apartment. It has everything you would need; supermarket, boulangerie, boucherie, hairdressers, post office, chemist, doctors. The local Tourist Office is open during the Summer, supplying local information on places to go and things to see and do. There are plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area. There are two beaches in Le Rayol Canadel, but also plenty of others in the surrounding towns and villages, Cavaliere, St Clair, Le Lavandou, and Cavalaire. The local beach to the Villa is Canadel Beach. This has two restaurants which are open during the summer, serving great food and friendly service, The Golden Anchor and the Tropicana. The Tropicana is also open in the evenings as a Restaurant and a night club. The beach is monitored by lifeguards during the summer

Market Days: There are plenty of provencal markets in the surrounding villages, offering local produce, olives, fruit and vegetables, Olive Oil, meats, freshly caught fish, cheeses, pottery, clothes and local crafts. You can probably find one at least every day within a short drive of Rayol. St Tropez, which is probably the most renowned and popular is held on Tuesday's and Saturdays.
