The Villa is a beautifully decorated and comfortably furnished family home with both antique and modern furniture and its own private pool. The villa is in a small, select development of five properties, in a completely private setting and has the benefit of a small private garden and covered terrace with lovely views across the valley. ''Fantastic villa, idyllic, really spacious and the back garden was wonderful. It was a really comfortable house as well as beautiful. It was the best house we have been in, and we have travelled a lot.' Visitor, 2005 It is situated within walking distance of the unspoilt medieval village of Grimaud which has a charming village square, beautiful churches, the ruins of a castle and very pretty old buildings as well as many interesting bars and restaurants.

French windows open from the salon onto a large covered terrace looking onto the garden and swimming pool. This has an outside eating area for 10, perfect for dining al fresco in our beautiful Mediterranean climate. There is also an additional shaded seating area with very comfortable sofas. There is a delightful private garden replete with bougainvillea, olive and lemon trees . It has an automatic watering system to encourage it to stay lush throughout the season. The pool is newly built (8m x 4.4m) and is quite beautiful with its mosaic finish. It has six comfortable sun loungers for those long, lazy Mediterranean days. A pergola near the swimming pool provides further shade. Helicopter transfers from Nice to Grimaud are also possible.
