A wonderful new waterfront three bedroom house built in a traditional Provencal style with use of a swimming pool. The house has marina views from its river fronting spacious wooden deck with natural shading from a beautiful mature tree and also far reaching views of the Vineyards and the hills from the rear. A small rear patio and garden adjoins the swimming pool. Located on the River Giscle, Port Grimaud at the mouth of St Tropez bay, in an award winning new development of just ten houses. Two minutes walk to Port Grimaud, a French historical monument, a miniature Venice built around canals and pretty stone bridges complete with restaurants, bars and a weekly market. Walking distance to a secluded beach with beach restaurant. World famous St Tropez is a short drive away and there is a regular boat taxi from Port Grimaud. A direct 30ft waterfront mooring is available for 300 euros per week.
