Living room

The living room is light and airy and is equipped with TV, video,dvd and satellite t.v. It has a dining area with table and chairs and a dresser with ample storage. There are sofas and small coffee table. The room is dual aspect, windows and door to the east with shutters and French doors to the south leading to small balcony with small table and chairs....for your morning coffee!!. The rear door leads to another small balcony leading to the open staircase leading to large terrace with table & chairs, there are views over the bay of St Tropez. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped with ceramic hob, mini oven, full size fridge /freezer and dishwasher. There is a full compliment of crockery, cutlery together with cooking utensils etc.

Outside area

The front of the property is set within a courtyard and to the rear of the property are grounds with parasol pine and cork trees and a 2 minute walk takes you to the swimming pool and beyond to the tennis court. There is also a small area for table tennis. The swimming pool has space to sit and an outside shower. The property is reached by electric gates and up a private road and there is a marked car parking space. The whole domain is set within wooded grounds with views over the bay of St Tropez!
