Living room:
The living room is light and airy and is equipped with TV, video,DVD and satellite TV. It has a dining area with table and chairs and a dresser with ample storage. There are sofas and small coffee table. The room is dual aspect, windows and door to the East with shutters and French doors to the South leading to small balcony with small table and chairs....for your morning coffee!!.
The rear door leads to another small balcony and on to the open staircase down to the larger terrace ,equipped with table & chairs, there are views over the bay of St Tropez. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped with ceramic hob, mini oven, microwave,full size fridge /freezer and dishwasher. There is a full compliment of crockery, cutlery together with cooking utensils etc.
PLEASE NOTE: we are currently having trouble with the dishwasher,and for the time being it is out of action...we are trying to remedy this asap.................watch this space!
Outside area:
The front of the property is set within a courtyard and to the rear of the property are grounds with parasol pine and cork trees and a 2 minute walk takes you to the swimming pool and beyond to the tennis court. There is also a small area for table tennis. The swimming pool has a grassy area to sit(Unfortunately there is no space for loungers) and an outside shower. The property is reached by electric gates and up a private road and there is a marked car parking space. The whole domain is set within wooded grounds with views over the bay of St Tropez!
