To the left of the house is the pool (5m x 10m) and summer kitchen/barbecue area tastefully done in dry stone and terracotta. Play boules on the terrace court, or enjoy a glass of wine in the last of the sun on the Zanzibari terrace, looking out over the vines.

• Rent is payable in advance:
  25% deposit at time of booking.
  Balance 2 months before date of arrival.
  At time of payment of balance, a security deposit of £300 is also required, to be returned upon departure once the villa has been inspected for any damage.
  
• Bed linen and towels are provided, but NOT beach towels.
  No additional charge will be levied for central heating during the winter months.

Golf information

The Fregate 18 hole golf course is just a 15 minute drive away. The course is open throughout the year. There is one 18-hole ‘Fregate’ par 72 (6210m) for players with a handicap. Water Sports

At Bandol, about 10 minutes drive down a country road through vineyards, you can find every kind of watersport facility you can think of, with something to appeal to all ages. If you prefer to leave the others to sail or water-ski or parascend, relax in a cafe looking out over the old harbour at Bandol, or Sanary, or slightly further afield the beautiful medieval port of Cassis, admiring the yachts and watching the world go by.

Walking and cycling

Le Brulat du Castellet nestles into the foothills of Ste Baume. You can walk or cycle from the house into the hills along tracks and meandering lanes, or drive along the Circuit du Castellet for a few minutes and find quiet woodlands where you can explore without limit.
