This 18th century 'mas' provençal is situated near La Cadière d'Azur in the Bandol wine growing region. The 5000m2 property offers tranquillity and privacy in a natural setting, with a number of terraces to enjoy sun or shade. It features a large, west-facing terrace with a swimming pool and pleasant views onto olive tree terraces, shrub hills and the evening sunset. The location is very convenient - only minutes from beautiful beaches, the historic towns of La Cadiere and the Castellet, or the Fregate golf course.

The house is situated in a quiet area close to the historic, cliff top towns of Castellet and La Cadiere and the seaside towns of Bandol and Cassis. Further afield, the cities of Marseilles and Aix en Provence abound with sightseeing options, shopping and cultural events. The region is also well known for its pleasant Bandol wines, and wine tasting visits can easily be arranged. For most, however, the biggest attraction is the Mediterranean itself, and the many beaches nearby. The area is also known for its famous 'Calanques' - the dramatic limestone cliffs between Marseilles and Cassis with their hidden bays and secluded beaches, accessible only on foot or by boat. A number of islands can also be reached by short ferry rides, including the beautiful Porquerolles islands. The area offers numerous possibilities for sports activities, notably hiking, cycling and water sports. For golfers, the nearby 'La Fregate' offers a world-class golf course.

Really nice house - privat but not isolated

We stayed 5 people (parents + 3 teenagers) in the house and everything worked very well during our 3 weeks holiday.

The house is situated in a very nice area - private but not isolated. Clean house made of good materials, well equipped kitchen, nice pool-area w. view - good for dining in the sunset, quiet surrounds, short drive to nice towns (La Cadiere or St. Cyr) etc.
100+ channels on the TV and internet-access as a bonus (bring your own computer).

Very nice folks looking after the house and a good pool-service as well.

We had a very nice holiday here and can clearly recommend the house to others.

PS: Due to risk of fire charcoal-barbequing is not allowed – use an electric one instead.

Wir waren als Familie mit 3 Kindern (2,7,9 Jahre alt) 2 Wochen auf diesem schönen Anwesen zu Gast.
Sehr freundliche und zurückhaltende, dabei immer ansprechbare Gastgeber, auf das Wohl der Gäste bedacht.
Toller Pool, extrem sauber und gepflegt, wie auch das Haus.
Die Strände sind ca. 4 km entfernt und im August unglaublich voll.
Dafür super Standort für Ausflüge:
Cassis, Hinterland und auf jeden Fall Marsielle.

Super Ruhe , absolute Erholung, null Streß,
war einer unserer schönsten Urlaube bisher.
