A beautifully appointed villa, situated in quiet surroundings, only 15 minutes from the many beaches and excellent restaurants of Bandol and Sanary. A bright and spacious living and dining area, and three large double / twin bedrooms, with ensuite bath / shower rooms. The villa is complemented by a large pool, with outdoor shower, surrounded by a furnished sun terrace with two BBQ and a well-maintained garden. The villa comes equipped with a climate control system for both summer and winter, a fully equipped kitchen as well as a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and outdoor table tennis. Only 30 min from Toulon-Hyeres Airport and 45 from Marseilles. The property is set in secluded fenced grounds with electric entrance gates and an underground garage.

The villa is 10 minutes drive from Sanary sur Mer, a beautiful seaside town with a large marina and a traditional French farmers market every Wednesday. From the marina you can take boat trips or a car journey along the famous coastline through Les Callanques, a national park leading up to Marseilles, where you can stop off in attractive beaches and coves for picnics, sunbathing, windsurfing or diving. Slightly further afield (30mins) is the quiet seaside town of Cassis or (45mins) the bustling historical port town of Marseilles. Within an hour or so you can reach the famous Riviera towns of St Tropez, Nice and Cannes or take a trip into the Alps and admire the views from Les Gorges du Verdon.

The house and location were fantastic. We had a truly wonderful holiday and would definitely recommend this villa. It was very well equipped and furnished tastefully. The villa is near to the beach, shops, harbour and small supermarket so no need to drive very far for anything. There are some great restaurants close by. We had a great time and would highly recommend the villa. It offers great value for money and we would definitely go back!
