Barjols is known as ' the city of the water for its 30 fountains and ancient leather factories. 'Les Belles Gardes' is situated 5 km from Barjols in a very quiet and charming landscape. The property, dominant on a hill surrounded by olive groves and pine woods, offers a splendid view of luxurious vegetation. The house, built in the pure provencal tradition and materials, has a neighbouring annex. The ground floor of the main house boasts a 40m square salon and dining-room (seats 10), a fully-equipped kitchen, a pantry and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs you will find a mezzanine study, 2 double bedrooms, a full bathroom and separate WC. The annex consists of a smaller double bedroom, a study and a cloakroom. Off the main house is a covered dining terrace with views of the beautiful 10m x 5m private salt-water swimming pool and surrounding countryside. On the 3 acres of land, there are oak, olive, fig and pear trees mixing with the perfumes of lavender, thyme, rosemary and laurel.
