This three year old, south facing house has a 50 sq. metre reception room with open fireplace and is beautifully furnished with two settes, two armchairs and an imposing French Oak dining table and chairs. It is equipped with TV, DVD and music centre. Adjoning the reception area is the kitchen which has been fitted out with Mobalpa units in November '05 and has built in oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, and matching table and chairs. Next to the kitchen is a utility room which contains a washing machine, tumble dryer and American fridge/freezer. Also on the ground floor is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath, shower cubicle and double vanity unit. Double French doors open onto the patio overlooking the pool. The second floor has a double bedroom which has French doors overlooking the garden and pool. A twin bedded room and a shower room with toilet and vanity unit. This house is suitable for people with mobility difficulties..

Our house is situated approximately 2 km from the charming, picturesque 'Village of Character', Cotignac, which sits at the foot of the Cliff of Tuff, the facade of which spreads for 400 metres and contains gigantic stalactites and deep crevices which offer a fantastic spectacle. It is well served by restaurants, bars and shops which surround the small square and fountain, and has a weekly market every Tuesday. Nearby are many attractive towns and villages , such as Aups, Salernes, Lorgues, Tour Tour, Draguinan and Sillans, each having a market on different days of the week. The Gorge du Verdon is 35 km away and provides spectacular scenery and a wide range of adventure sports. The Mediterranean Sea at Saint-Tropez is only 90 Km away. Bicycles are available for hire from our local managing agent.
