Ideally situated between the Cote d'Azur and the Gorges du Verdon, close to the Provencal village of Flayosc and surrounded by peaceful countryside, this charming home enjoys the privileged Midi climate and is perfect for both active or more relaxing holidays, families and/or groups of friends. It boasts a vast garden filled with lavender or olive trees, on the edge of a forest and a vineyard. Four large bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living room with an open fireplace, several terraces, a bbq, a superb secure 8 x 5 swimming pool can comfortably accommodate 10 people. Easy to access (15 Km from the Autoroute du Soleil exit St-Tropez, 10 Kms from the Arc TGV train station and 1 hour from the Toulon, Nice or Marseille airports), close to numerous tourist favourites (St-Tropez, Tourtour, Grasse, Cannes,..) & sporting facilities (Golf courses, trekking, Rafting). Bed linen possible.

The house is situated about 2.5 km from Flayosc & 3 km from Lorgues. Flayosc is 5km west of Draguignan, 1 hour from Nice airport. Only 40 mins away from the sandy beaches of the St. Tropez bay, to the south and the Gorges de Verdon to the north. Hilltop medieval villages, olive mills, daily markets, wine tasting and a choice of first class gourmet restaurants. There are more than 10 challenging golf courses within an hour's drive.

Local attractions include the Abbaye du Thoronet, and the waterfall of Sillans La Cascade (20 mins away). The Lac Ste Croix and the fabulous Gorges du Verdon (The Grand Canyon of Europe) with its many activities including, sailing, kayaking, boating and swimming are only 1 hour's drive away.

The village : Flayosc: Flayosc is the perfect location to relax and enjoy the beauty of Provence, only 40 minutes away from the busy tourist spots of the coast (50km from St. Tropez). The village offers excellent shops for food, a weekly market, pharmacy, bank, several bars and restaurants, laundry/drycleaner and wine cooperative. It also has a tourist office offering excellent information about the area.

Access: The main autoroute, the A8, is only 20 minutes away so Nice, Cannes, Aix en Provence and Marseille are all within about an hour’s drive. Italy is an easy day's outing and so are the picturesque islands just off the coast from Le Lavandou or Hyeres.
