150 m² single storey house built in 2004, includes 3 double bedrooms, an exceptionally large living room (70m²) and a fully equipped kitchen, both decorated with taste and newly furbished. The 60 m² big terrace is exposed to the south-east sun and overlooks the 10x4m swimming-pool. The house is situated on a 5700m² piece of land packed with raised pines, oaks and olive-trees. It is located 30 minutes away from the Varoise Coast beaches of Ste Maxim and St Aygulf among others, 40 mn away from St Tropez, near the Verdon Gorges (a superb renowned spot for excursions), 10 mn away from the A8 motorway junction which serves the Azur Coast towards Italy (Cannes-Nice-Monaco) and Provence towards Marseilles and Aix-en-Provence.
