Only five minutes from the lazy market town of Draguignan and surrounded by lovely little villages and the many dozens of vineyards open for visits and tasting. The nearest beaches are 25 kms. The spectacular Gorge de Verdon (Europe's Grand Canyon) with its large fresh water lake is some 40 kms away offering a contrast to the coast, ideal for fishing and all fresh water activities, hiking and canoeing. WIFI CONNECTION. If it's peace and quiet your looking for, this is the place. Secluded with no over-looking neighbours, this comfortable summer home is set in 6000 2m of wooded. The pool (5m x 8m) is above ground in teek surounded by shaded areas to relax in. A large kitchen dining area, gives onto terraces and garden. Three bedrooms, a bathroom containing bath, shower, cubical and double washbasin and separate toilet. Theres also an annexe with an English caretaker on spot for baby-sitting and in the event of any problems. Professional cheffing and guided tours can be arranged

We are located between Draguignan and a little hill village called Figanière on the Route de Grasse, the perfume capital. 25kms from the beaches of the Rivera, about 35 from Saint Tropez and Cannes. The foothills of the Alpes and the world famous Gorges de Verdon are about 40 mins away. Nice international airport is the closest to us, 60 klms away. Alternative access is by the airport in Toulon (Hyres) 80 mins. or Marseille 1 hour and a half hours.

We had a fabulous time here and in great part this was due to the peaceful location and the comfort of the villa. We had a large family group for most of the time but there is plently of room within the boundaries for every one to relax. Was slightly tricky to find but we enjoyed the drive in ti get croissants and fresh produce each day from the town. Well located for sightseeing.
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

I would have no hesitation to recommend this lovely secluded villa with plenty of outside space, own private swimming pool not overlooked and definetly a little piece of heaven on earth. You are just outside a busy town however you have peace and quite where the villa is situated. I found the owner very cordial and the property was in excellent condition. There is definetly plenty to do and visit, however, you will need a car or some kind of transport to get around. I have recommended this property to my friends and I know that we will be visiting Provence, Draguignan Cote d' Azur again. Marie
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
