The villa is easily accessible off the A8 motorway, and is an hours drive from Nice and Marseilles airports.

Villa overlooks the 11th century village of Flayosc (an 8 minute walk away), which is an hour from Nice, and 40 minutes from St.Tropez. This is a beautiful part of Provence, with easy access to the regional city of Draguignan, a number of hilltop villages, the Gorges du Verdon, the coast line around St.Tropez, and a number of excellent golf courses. The beautiful abbey at Le Thoronet is 20 minutes away.

This villa has been fully decorated by the owners who spend two months of the year at the villa. Full music system, Sky TV, reading material, and fully equipped kitchen and laundry. A cottage in the lower garden, in the olive orchard, is equally comfortable, and ideal for two people who want to be away from the house, whilst still being part of the group.

Available activities

The villa has a large beautiful pool, and a boules court. There are a number of excellent golf courses in the area, with the closest being 20 minutes away, and tennis courts in the village.
