Located in the Var Region, close to the historic hilltop village of Flayosc and 10 minutes to Draguignan. 35 minutes to nearest coastal resorts (Frejus, St Raphael, St Maxime, St Tropez) and 30 minutes to the stunning Gorges du Verdun & Lac St Croix. One hour to Nice Airport and 90 minutes to Marseille Airport.

Notes: Lovely new pool 9.5m x 4.5m (1.55m to 2.25m depth) with pool alarm and roman steps at shallow end. Bedroom 5 is in a self contained Studio which is accessible from within the house, making it perfect for either two families sharing or family with grandparents or nanny. Underfloor heating in main living areas, wall heaters in bedrooms and fire in living room. Indoor Table Tennis Table.

Beautiful villa, nr Flayosc, Var region, Provence

This has to be the most lovely holiday accommodation we've ever rented. Ten of us, grandparents, parents and grandchildren aged 7 - 15 enjoyed a wonderful two weeks in this huge, comfortable hillside villa. The property is furnished to a high standard, the owners Janice and Andrew have thought of everything (binoculars for goodness sake!!) I can't think of one "If only there'd been........" moment. The pool is a delight and to swim looking out over the countryside is a memory to be treasured. The web site gives an accurate picture of the villa itself, it's location and excellent information for days out etc. The property is extremely well maintained, pool is serviced every week and more often should it be necessary. Customer service was excellent, with e-mails answered immediately. The size of our group made eating out expensive so I am unable to recommend restaurants in the area of Flayosc, instead we shopped in the many out of town supermarkets, cooked on the barbeque and enjoyed wonderful meals on the shady terrace looking over the pool. Would I recommend this property to a friend? 100% without hesitation.
