Villa ST ROCH with private pool in its own grounds. A pool alarm is fitted in compliance with legal requirements. Our Provençal style villa sits on a hillside facing south east with a magnificent view over the unspoiled mediaeval village of Montferrat. It has a stone barbecue. The villa is well kept and comfortably furnished. The village house: The house dates back centuries and is in Rue du Pont, leading to a bridge across one of the village’s three rivers to a nicely shaded square where the locals play PETANQUE. There is a large, nicely furnished, open beamed lounge with a large fireplace and walkout French doors to a large Terrace with tables and chairs, plants and pots etc. Ideal for outdoor dining.

The villa is well kept and comfortably furnished. The villa is suitable for 2 families and is just a SHORT walk from the village. There are 4 comfortable bedrooms. The Lounge opens onto a large, covered Terrace with garden furniture, and a large fridge/freezer. There is a Panoramic view over the Village, superb at night, and the gardens and pool nestled on a beautifully wooded hillside, offers both open and shaded lounging areas with complete privacy.

You can find water sports there as well as the famous potteries of Moustiers Ste Marie, tucked into the mountains. To our South is the blue Mediterranean Sea with Frejus, St Raphel, Ste Maxime, St Tropez being the closest coastal resorts to Montferrat.

A double and twin Bedroom are on the main floor along with a fully furnished Bath/shower/toilet room. A mezzanine gallery leads to the Master Bedroom with antique furniture.(with a large double bed) The bedroom window overlooks the Pool. Another Bedroom with 2 king size single beds, separate WC. and shower room share this floor. The floors are covered with beautiful tiles very cool in the summer.
