Draguignan/ Montferrat area: Many vineyards produce the famous 'Cotes de Provence' wine. A cold glass of rosé is delicious in the summer month!!!! Chateau double is well known for climbing (4 km) The stunning Gorges du Verdon, Europe's largest canyon, good for canoeing, rafting, picnic, you can rent a pedalo, a sail boat, an electric boat, on the lake Ste Croix. There are many nearby villages to visit, olive groves, The local farm makes delicious cheeses, Chateau de la Garde makes organic wine. Golf in La Motte.
