This beautiful provencal villa is located near the Hamlet Sauve Clare, 2 km south of the lively hilltop village of Flayosc. Set in 4000m2 of enclosed garden, olive trees & vines. It has panoramic views of Les Maures. This fully furnished villa is very spacious and comfortably sleeps 6 adults. There are 3 large double bedrooms, a loggia and a large living-dining room area equipped with internet broadband access. The well equipped kitchen opens directly onto a leafy, shaded patio area, incorporating built in barbecue. The house and patio overlook the private swimming pool, 10m x 5m, which has a protective fence in compliance with French regulations. There is ample shaded parking. Linen and cleaning provided.

The house is situated about 2 km from Flayosc & 4km from Lorgues. Flayosc is 5km west of Draguignan, 1 hour from Nice airport. Only 40 mins away from the sandy beaches of the St. Tropez bay, to the south and the dramatic scenery of the Gorges de Verdon, the Grand Canyon of Europe to the north. Hilltop medieval villages, olive mills, daily markets,wine tasting and a choice of first class gourmet restaurants. There are 15 challenging golf courses within an hour's drive.
