If luxury and relaxation is what you are looking for Les Marcassins will be your perfect holiday location. Situated between Seillans and Fayence the property offers you complete privacy yet is still a great location from which to explore this wondrous area. The interior of the property has been recently re decorated to the highest standard with great thought and care taken to ensure the property offers its guests all of the luxuries and comforts they could wish for including air conditioning throughout. The main living room is a large open plan room which also incorporates a dining area, the room has a central fireplace and wooden beams running through the ceiling giving a genuine Provençal charm. This room is both light and airy and an ideal place from which to escape the summer and there is a large wide screen television with satellite and DVD should you wish to entertain yourself. The kitchen is adjacent to the living room and offers you all of the amenities you could wish.

Things to do: Cannes, Antibes, St Tropez, Juan Les Pins and the other fashionable resorts of the Cote d'Azur are all within easy reach from Fayence but the coast gets extremely busy in the summer and those who prefer a more liesurely environment may prefer to explore the historical villages in the region - Mons, Callian, Bargemon and St Cezaire. The Gorges of Verdon and Siagne are wonderful sights. A wide range of restaurants can be found, both in the village and in the valley, providing regional recipes. At lunchtime in the village, tables spill out into the street, and the locals enjoy their favourite pastime

Activities: The municipal tennis courts and swimming pool are a five minute drive from the house. There are many golf courses, including Terre Blanche. A newly established Health Spa is proving to be popular. All forms of water sports are to be found on the magnificent Lac de St Cassien within fifteen minutes drive of the Villa. Fayence itself is a famous international gliding centre offering trial flights for beginners as well as a truly spectacular gliding environment for experienced pilots. Horse riding is available locally and all levels of walking can be found in the surrounding countryside.
