Notes to the rental rates

• Rental is on a Saturday (1600) to Saturday (Noon) basis, and includes linen, cleaning twice a week, and unlimited broadband internet usage.
  A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to confirm a reservation.
  The balance is payable 4 weeks prior to holiday date , together with a damage deposit of £250.
  The damage deposit is refundable at the end of the holiday period following
  an inspection of the property

Outdoor dining area - leading from the living room - a perfect spot for breakfast under a striped canopy. Outdoor kitchen/living area - covered with a vaulted roof, this is where you live in the summer, close to the built-in barbecue, stone sink and beer / wine fridge, and overlooking the pool. Large heated pool (11 x 6m) mosaic tiled pool and patio surround with sunloungers, umbrellas and tables. Garden - about ½ an acre of grassed/treed area with 3 large hammocks Parking - there is sufficient parking space for a number of cars

Young Children

Please note that as the pool is unfenced, the villa is not suitable for families with very young children. The pool has an infrared alarm complying with French regulations
