Set in its own peaceful grounds with superb views towards the medieval hilltop village of Seillans, this traditional style 3 bedroom villa with private 10m x 5m pool is ideally situated for exploring the unspoilt Var region.Superb Four Season 18 hole golf course within 15 minute drive. Located only 45 minutes drive from Nice airport and 30 minutes from Cannes. The large living/dining area, featuring a vaulted ceiling, terra cotta tiled floor and Provençal fireplace, opens onto the main sun terrace and figure eight pool via French windows. Perfect for alfresco dining. The kitchen is well equipped and the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Two further double bedrooms have their own terraces. Fully equipped with outside furniture including barbecue and sun beds.

    Arrival time after 4 pm, departure time before 10 am.

    Bed linen including bath and beach towels available on request @ £10/person. A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to confirm a reservation. The balance is payable 4 weeks prior to holiday date together with a damage deposit of £250. The damage deposit is refundable at the end of the rental.

A larger selection of shops and services, and a thrice-weekly market, are available at nearby Fayence (4km). Local leisure pursuits include golf, walking, horse riding, tennis and gliding. Freshwater sports such as windsurfing, pedalo hire and fishing are available at the nearby Lac St Cassien (12km), while the sandy beaches of the Cote d'Azur are only about half an hour's drive away.

A perfect spot in Provence

We've just returned from a lovely week in this villa - it's the perfect spot for a relaxed holiday within a short drive of the Cote D'Azure and the hills of Provence.

The villa was exactly as described. It does sleep 8 with a master double bedroom and 2 rooms with a single bunk above a double and so it was perfect for 2 families.The pool and terrace area was spacious with a nice large table in the shade for meals. The kitchen is compact but well equipped and there are some lovely restaurants in the surrounding area which are well worth a visit.

Our older kids were delighted that the TV had Sky and the younger ones spent all day playing in the pool. Although there are houses fairly close by, we didn't need to worry about noise or neighbours.

The tiny local village is a ten minute walk away for the morning bread run but you really do need a car to visit the larger villages in the area and it's an easy run to Cannes and the coast.

Finally, it's worth mentioning that the owners' directions and instructions were all clear and helpful and the villa was clean and tidy on arrival (unlike others we've visited in the past!).

Perfect Holiday Location

Had a really great time staying in this home from home villa in Seillans. Easy 10 minute walk to the village and local supermarket for the fit ones in our family and short drive 5 mins to the local town of Fayence for the busy market on Tuesday. The boys had funs barbequeing and English TV was great for the teenagers when we went out for dinner. Would definitely come again.
