Villa Palmier is situated just a short walk from the medieval village of Seillans . The property enjoys calm and tranquil surroundings with views towards the village and the Esterel Mountains. The property is beautifully decorated with modern amenities and there is also ample space for outside dining and relaxing.The property has been completely renovated and retains a character of the area yet boasts all the comforts you would expect at home. The open plan kitchen and living room provides ample space and it is a beautiful light room that remains cool in the hot summer months. All of the bedrooms are beautifully decorated and there are ample bathrooms. The swimming pool is situated in front of the house and has a sunbathing terrace. There is also a pergola with vines providing the shade for outside dining. Seillans, with its ancient winding streets and picturesque village houses, is just under a 5 minute walk away, giving easy access to the local bars and restaurants.

Things to Do: Cannes, Antibes, St Tropez, Juan Les Pins and the other fashionable resorts of the Cote d'Azur are all within easy reach from Fayence but the coast gets extremely busy in the summer and those who prefer a more liesurely environment may prefer to explore the historical villages in the region - Mons, Callian, Bargemon and St Cezaire. The Gorges of Verdon and Siagne are wonderful sights. A wide range of restaurants can be found, both in the village and in the valley, providing regional recipes. At lunchtime in the village, tables spill out into the street, and the locals enjoy their favourite pastime.

Activities: The municipal tennis courts and swimming pool are a five minute drive from the house. There are many golf courses, including Terre Blanche. A newly established Health Spa is proving to be popular. All forms of water sports are to be found on the magnificent Lac de St Cassien within fifteen minutes drive of the Villa. Fayence itself is a famous international gliding centre offering trial flights for beginners as well as a truly spectacular gliding environment for experienced pilots. Horse riding is available locally and all levels of walking can be found in the surrounding countryside.
