Traditional Provencal Villa with Private Pool
Le Cerisier is a traditional Provencal villa with lovely views of the medieval perched village of Callian and across the valley below. The villa with its own private pool is situated just below the village in an area with meadows, vineyards and olive groves. The villages of Callian and Montauroux are within walking distance (uphill but quiet country lanes). Located in a peaceful yet very convenient location at the end of a no-through road, the villa faces south and has several patios offering a choice of shade or sun throughout the day. There are two living rooms, one used as a breakfast and TV room, the other has separate dining and seating areas. Both rooms have patio doors leading on to shady, terraced areas. Air conditioning is available in all rooms. There is broadband wi-fi internet access and free telephone (Europe, USA and Canada) and the villa has a large (40ins) flat screen HDTV, a DVD player, UK Sky HD box and French TV access.

Callian is reputably the most attractive of a chain of small hilltop villages, separated from the coast, only fifteen miles away, by the beautiful Esterel hills. It is fifteen minutes drive from the Villa to the A8 motorway giving easy access to Nice Airport and the rest of the Cote d'Azur. Nearest towns are Grasse and Draguignan with Cannes, Frejus and St Tropez within forty minutes drive.

Callian is an excellent centre from which to explore the historical villages in the region, the Gorges of Verdon and Siagne. All forms of water sports are available on the magnificent Lac de St Cassien within fifteen minutes drive of the Villa. There is a gliding school in the valley below the village for those wishing to spread their wings. All levels of walking can be found in the local countryside.
