Gardens and terraces drawn by a famous architect, 12 x 5 swimming pool, patio.Fully equipped kitchen, 7 x 15m living room, including the dinning area with 12 sittings. Rooms are set as two apartments, each including 2 rooms and 1 bathroom, plus one room with shower. Linen and towels provided. The medieval city of Hyeres, with narrow streets and markets at 3 kms, beaches at 7 kms. Superb diving/snorkeling spots, great sailing, wind surfing, swimming, mountain hiking, biking.

Costal day rides: At a close distance of Hyeres are three beautiful islands. Porquerolles (20min by boat) includes some 'calanques' (rocky coves) and can be visited by foot or by bike (rental on the island). Beautiful snorkeling and diving spots. Port Cros (1 hour by boat) is now a National Park, can be visited only by foot. Isle du Levant is famous for his naturist environment. Within one hour of driving: Bormes les mimosas, Saint Tropez, Toulon, Cassis, Marseilles, Aix en Provence, Saint Maximin, picturesque old villages, monasteries and of course Hyères itself. Hyeres enjoys 15km of excellent beaches, and is famous for all kind of surfing, sailing, diving. Hiking on the famous 'sentier du litoral' all along the cost for miles and miles of wilderness.

Wind surfing: The configuration of the Presqu'ile of Giens, at 7 kms of the house, creates two lines of beaches, one facing East, the other West. This provides unique opportunities for wind surfing. On the Presqu'ile there is also an ornithological reserve, with pink flamingos.

Mountain rides: The house is located on the Mont Fenouillet, which starts the mountain range of the Maures. Miles and miles of hiking or biking in perspective...
