Le Pradet has all shops and facilities you are likely to need, restaurants, bars, Friday market, supermarkets close by. * La Garonne, a 10-minute walk from the house, along the sentier des douaniers, has a baker, restaurants, small grocer and chemist. Excellent early morning walk for breakfast croissants and coffee. * Les Oursinières has one renowned gourmet restaurant, four other restaurants, an ice-cream parlour and bar. * Small port of Les Oursinières, mooring for local fishing boats and small leisure craft. * World-famous mining museum within easy walking distance of the house at Cap Garonne.
