Thoroughly comfortable and very peaceful villa offers you 5 double bedrooms with bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has its own en suite bathroom with a walk in cupboard. The entire villa has been recently refurbished and is accommodated to a tasteful style.
As you enter the villa, you will be greeted by a stylish reception room. Main Lounge: Equipped with classical style and very comfortable furniture the lounge is surrounded by stylish varnished stoned walls and large open fireplace. On to the left side, the stairs lead to a Mezzanine comfortably furnished offering you a peaceful area where you can relax in style. The lounge opens onto the terrace via double French doors.
To one side of the main hall there is a corridor that leads to the 3 double bedrooms, fully furnished with attached bathrooms. All 3 bedrooms face the swimming pool and the terrace accessed through the French doors. The swimming pool is 10 meters long and 4,5m wide giving out into the pine forest along side.

To the left side of the lounge, on the ground floor, you can access the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped for 12 people including two refrigerators, gas cooking range with electrical oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, spacious worktops and a separate kitchen unit to one side. It contains fitted cupboards with plenty of storage space. The kitchen is also directly accessible through the driveway.
Dining: The stylish and restful dining area offers you magnificent views on both sides of the room. The dining table caters comfortably for 12 and a winning down area is also available for drinks either before or after meals.
The corridor leads off through the stairs to the lower ground section of the villa.
The villa has another 40m2 self-contained apartment with 1 bedroom, shower, living, kitchen and the 3rd terrace, it cannot be rented out seperately.

Local airports: Toulon-Hyères airport is 5 minutes away (daily flights with Buzz Airways or Air France). Nice airport is 1½ hours drive from the villa by motorway (for Virgin Express, Basiqair coming from The Netherlands). Marseilles airport is 1½ hour drive from the villa or 40 min by TGV from Toulon.
Trains and buses: TGV to Toulon or Marseilles and Nice, trains, buses and coaches.
Car Rentals: available at airports, train stations or in Toulon

The nearby towns of Toulon, Marseilles, St Tropez and Nice. Local vineyards for wine tasting and purchases. Many famous castles in the Var region. Local markets for regional made products and local food. Crafts and art galleries of national and local artists.
Regional sightseeing: Take a short ride: after just a few miles you will be in the splendid hinterland of the Var and Saint Tropez, Verdon Gorges, inland towns and villages (with guided tours).
