Ground floor(150m2): large living-room with chimney, dining room, kitchen and adjacent family room with TV, DVD, Computer. Guest toilet Fully equipped kitchen: 7 hotplates (2 electric / 5 gas), 2 ovens, microwave oven, 2 refrigerators (1 American), dishwasher. Upper floor(100m2): 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms:1 Double bed (Queen Size) with covered terrace and 1 with 2 single beds, . 2 more bedrooms with two single beds each (one with private balcony), with separate bathtub, shower, toilet & washstand.   • 30% non-refundable down payment will be charged when booking. The balance outstanding must be paid for 8 weeks prior to the arrival. Cancellation fees: more than 8 weeks prior to the beginning of your stay: full reimbursement of the balance outstanding, 4 to 8 weeks prior to the beginning of your stay: 50% of the balance outstanding refunded, 2 to 4 weeks prior to the beginning of your stay: 25% of the balance outstanding refunded, less than 2 weeks prior to the beginning of your stay: no refund. Security deposit: 600 Euros refundable 2 months after your departure, after deducting any possible damage to the premises observed by both parties. Quiet Place, Quality Stay:: Situated very close to fashionable and noisier areas like St. Tropez, Carqueiranne is a well-preserved, small village, right on the Mediterranean sea with a fisherman harbour, a traditional outdoor market and the house itself is located in a very residential and peaceful neighbourhood. Ideal for family holidays, the villa has a private outside pool and is close to the beach (approx: 200 meters), allowing you to decide how best to spend your day, including possible lunch and dinner right there on the sand. The village offers many 'cafés' with terraces, and more sophisticated restaurants are also available. Carqueiranne has one nightclub (Le Prosper Club) and pubs, and as one would expect many more are available all along the riviera. Walk to the harbour, shops ,restaurants , hair dresser etc...takes 10' either through the village or following the shore on a pedestrian path.

Other Activities: World Spot for Wind-surfing (Almanarre - 6km) and diving (Port-Cros, Porquerolles)

A calm and relaxing holiday

Our stay at this comfortable and relaxing villa was enjoyed by us all. Everthing we required was to hand and the accommodation was spacious and well-appointed. There were 4 adults and a young man in our party and the outside areas, with sun and shade, the lovely swimming pool and the basement snooker room, provided us all with space to do our own thing. The outside terrace was a relaxing place to eat, with views of the lovely gardens and glimpses of the coastline through the trees. The owners were most helpful and welcoming and keen to ensure that they did everything they could to make our stay a success. The villa was clean and well-maintained and was just as described in the advert. There was easy access from the villa to the port via a lovely walk along the beach. The town provided a variety of bars and restaurants with our favourite overlooking the port. We would certainly hope to return to this lovely villa and would recommend it to all.

A super and calm holiday

The owners of the holiday house are very polite and very nice and fine people. The house has four bedrooms and we have been there with 8 persons. We were 4 adults and 4 children. On the terrace you have a beautiful sight to the sea and to the iles d Hyeres. In the house you have 2 refrigerators, 2 TVs, internet, billard-room and a great kitchen. It is easy to find shadow around the house on the terraces. The beach and the harbour of Carqueiranne is not far away. The house is in a very calm area. The house is very clean because on day of the week there comes a lady to clean the house and one time there comes a man for the swimming pool and the garden.
I can recommend this property everyone.
