Exceptionally well-furnished and equipped holiday villa near unspoilt fishing port of Le Lavandou. It is in the hills at the back of the town facing the picturesque hill village of Bormes les Mimosas. With adjacent parking the lounge and main bedroom have French doors onto a secluded patio area surrounded by oleanders and mimosas with sun and shade. The high-ceilinged rooms have ceiling fans and electric heaters for all year round use with air-conditioning in the main bedroom. There are an abundance of sandy beaches within a very short distance offering varied watersports and opposite 3 beautiful islands reached by local ferry boat. Many attractive bars, restaurants and delicatessens (near the port or in attractive pedestrianised areas with several fountains) all offering mouth-watering meals and takeaways. Le Lavandou is 120kms from Nice and Marseille and 30kms from St Tropez. Central for excursions along the coast and into the mountains behind. Monaco, Grasse, Aix en Provence, St Tropez, Port Grimaud, Nice, Cannes and the President's summer residence at Bregançon are within driving distance. The area is renowned for its clean sandy beaches, waterpsorts and excellent sporting facilities. It has the benefit of les Iles d'Or and 2 international yachting marinas within close proximity. Local fishermen still sell their catch in Le Lavandou and there is a wonderful general market every Thursday. Toulon/Hyeres airport is only 20 kms and Ryanair fly there from London Stansted. Nice and Marseille have many excellent flights available via EasyJet, British Airways and GB Airways. Car hire is available from all airports, a fast TGV service to Toulon and ferry ports from UK about 750 miles away.

| Notes: | The villa has 2 comfortable double sofabeds in the lounge with electric heaters and ceiling fans for all year round use. Outside are 3 patio tables and garden umbrella, 10 chairs, 2 reclining chairs and 2 full length sunbeds and a rotary drier. A babies travel cot is available. There is an electric barbecue for use inside or out and a drinks fridge on the patio area. The communal swimming pool and babies pool are available from June to the end of September. There is TV with the full Sky package, about 146 videos and a large selection of books. Changeover day is Saturday in main season but can be more flexible at other times. The villa is on one level as is the patio, although there are 2 steps up to the villa entrance. There is ample parking space. It is on a private Domaine with security barrier, Bureau with English speaking staff and a restaurant open in main season. It is exceptionally well-equipped including cleaning equipment.
