Situated midway between the fishing port of Le Lavandou and the medieval hill village of Bormes Les Mimosas, this chalet villa enjoys a slightly shaded position overlooking the hills. Bougainvillea climb the outside walls with Lavender, Plumbago and Freesias growing in the garden. Traditional wooden shutters can be used to provide additional shade to the interior. The living area has a large white leather sofa with dining table and chairs, dresser and CD music system. The exceptionally well equipped kitchen area has a cooker, microwave and refrigerator with freezing department, slimline dishwasher and washing machine, even Alessi Kettle, Gaggia Coffee machine and comprehensive inventory of cooking and eating utensils. The shower room also has WC and washbasin. The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The second bedroom has two single beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Outside there is a table and chairs, parasols and loungers. (SORRY, NO PETS & NO SMOKING.

Bormes Les Mimosas and Le Lavandou are about 1.5 hours drive from Nice airport and 30 mins from Toulon airport or a days drive from the chanel ports. There are numerous sandy beaches close by if you want a change from the swimming pool and facilities available. During the day you can enjoy water sports, golf, mountain biking, walking within the area or just laze on the beach. In the evening Bormes and Le Lavandou have many bars and restaurants as well as the village restaurant. The islands, Monte Carlo, Grasse, Gorges du Verdon and Italy are all day visits. How about doing the route des vin for taster of local produce!

A CHALET which provide all you may need.

My wife and I have have spent at least 4 weeks every year for the last 14 years at Ian and Caroline's chalet. The Chalet provides first class accommodation, very restful,with beautiful views. The property is situated approximately one and a half miles from the sea and an outstanding marina for boating enthusiasts, it is also convenient for visiting the many beautiful towns and villages along this famous coastline, from Marseilles to Monaco. In the early years we visited Monte Carlo, Nice, Cannes, San Tropez to name a few, each year, a wonderful experience.The next village across the valley, Bormes Les Mimosas, is said to be the most beautiful in Provence, with restaurants catering for all tastes, the real French cuisine!
The chalet provides you with all the facilites you require on holiday,well equiped, a lovely sunny area to relax, sunbathe, and enjoy your meals should you desire. There is a restaurant and swimming pool on this very private domaine, which provides first class security with barrier entry. A visit to Ian and Caroline's idealic holiday chalet is a must you will not be disappointed

A clean, tidy and well equipped property we found it both comfortable and very quiet which suited us down to the ground. The small patio area was well used as we had lovely weather and so breakfast alfresco was a must.
The dishwasher and washing machine were a godsend, with 2 young children it made light work of "housework".
We spent our days at Faviere beach which is fantastic if you have children. The sea is very shallow and the beach is huge. All in all a great holiday. Thank you
