We bought this property in 1980 and we fell in love with it since the first day. As the previous house was in the 50' style (so very old fashioned...) and too small for our family, we decided to create a totally new villa with the help of a talented local architect. After 18 months, the result was there and we had our first summer holidays last August. Our house is south facing but you will get sun from rise to sunset (Thanks to the talent of our architect !). Breathtaking view over the Mediterranean, the Iles d'Or, Cap Bénat. An all-decked main terrace and stainless steel rails and you will have the sensation of beeing...on a cruise. Inside it is a light and airy contemporary villa. Many sliding patio doors and few walls, your eye is never stopped! Floors,walls and ceilings are all in white. Few furniture to enjoy this luxurious living space. Five bedrooms, 5 dressing-rooms and 5 exquisite en-suite bathrooms. Fully air conditioned; private pool with shallow area.

Our villa is located above Aiguebelle, a small village of the largely unspoiled Mediterranean coastline west of St Tropez, between Le Lavandou and Cavalaire. Only 5 minutes walk from bijou beaches (Aiguebelle et Jean Blanc). The wild beauty of the Massif des Maures behind you, breathtaking views on the bay, twinkling azur sea and magical Iles d'Or. Our nearest town is Le Lavandou with a large choice of shops and restaurants. Ideal situation for beautiful coastal walks and cycle routes, to visit local picturesque Provencal villages (Bormes les Mimosas, Gassin, Collobrieres)...and some of the best Provencal vineyards. The perfect house as well for a wonderful seaside holiday with or without children (not recommended to children under 6) to enjoy swimming pool, sun-bathing and beaching.

Notes to the rental rates

  • Weekly rentals rates quoted include pool maintenance, all normal bedlinen, bath towels, pool towels with the exception of beach towels.
    The villa is professionally cleaned prior to new lettings. Additional cleaning can be arrange at extra cost. Additional cost: AirCo electricity meter as per reading.
    Rentals are normally Saturday to Saturday. If you would like to come on another day please contact us as we may be able to accommodate you.
  • A deposit of 25% secures a booking. A telephone/Email/Internet reservation will be held for 7 days until payment of the 25% deposit is received. Payment in full is due 9 weeks before the booked arrival time. Bookings made within 9 weeks of the arrival time require payment in full. All payments received for rental of the villa are non-refundable.
    A £1000 security deposit to cover the cost of any damage or breakage during your stay will become payable two weeks before the date of the arrival. In case of no damage at the property this payment is refundable in full.

Our garden has been totally re-landscaped around the house. The automatic irrigation system feeds numerous flowering shrubs, palm trees, olive trees and Tuscan cypresses. You will like our infinity swimming pool and its lagoon like green water, salt sanitation system and the latest pool alarm system operating by sonar. Both garden and swimming pool are fully maintained at no extra cost.
