Villa with Stunning sea views, Heated Spa, shared pool

La Petite Maison is a single storey detached villa with a private entrance and two courtyard gardens. The property has wireless internet, two double bedrooms, one with en-suite wet room and the other with en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath. Both bedrooms are air conditioned and/or heated. The kitchen area is well equipped with side by side fridge freezer with water and ice dispenser, combination oven/microwave, dishwasher and two ring induction hob. The living area has comfortable seating, TV, DVD, and CD player. The undercover area of the terrace has stunning views of the Isles d'Hyeres, Dining table and chairs and gas BBQ. For relaxation we have a heated spa, sun loungers and additional table and chairs in the courtyard garden. We have an adjacent property with a 9m x 4m swimming pool and garden which you are welcome to use.

Le Rayol/Canadel is on the delectable and largely unspoilt Mediterranean coastline west of St Tropez and situated between Le Lavandou and Cavaliare sur mer. With stunning views of the of the sea and the 'golden islands'. The village of le Rayol is about 10 min drive this typical village has all the shops you will need if you do not want to venture very far, popular bar/restaurant and Friday morning market. 10 min walk from the villa is Canadel beach a friendly sandy beach with beach bar, loungers and sun shades for jet ski or water ski it is necessary to go to Cavaliere about 10 min drive. Tennis, quad bikes, archery and golf range can also be found in Cavaliere. A little further le Lavandou has a delightful marina, lots of waterside restaurants and shops, Le Lavandou claims 12 sandy beaches along its coast, all just a short drive from the villa. Behind the villa are the Maures hills, a drive along the Col du Canadel will give you the most breathtaking views of the sea and islands.
