Villa 1930 style with seaview located in an old provençal village

Villa ' Belle Aurore ' is situated on the hill, quite near the old village (a two minutes walk) and two miles from the beach. Its location guarantees an absolute privacy. You will enjoy a panoramic view on the Lavandou Bay, the Mediterranean sea and the Golden Islands (see attached pictures). The garden all around the house, (1 acre) is planted with orange trees, rose laurels, cypresses, pines, olive trees...and other exotic species. Its green and in flower round the year. The villa was built in 1930., in the typical style of the thirties. It was renovated in 1992 (pool construction, two bathrooms added, air-conditioning input) but the architect kept untouched the thirties style. Outside, around the house, there are shaded dining or rest areas.
