Modern villa with pool and spectacular panoramic sea views

This modern Provencal style villa enjoys an elevated position and a magnificent sea view across its 11m infinity pool. The beach, town and port of San Peire, where a regular boat service to St. Tropez is available, are all only 10mins walk. Accommodation is arranged on three levels. The master suite, consisting of an air-conditioned double bedroom, en-suite bathroom and study / single bedroom are on the top level with a large balcony and sea view. On the main level, the large living room, kitchen and two further air-conditioned double bedrooms, which share a bathroom, all have patio doors onto the terrace and sea views. On the lower level, a further living room, with kitchenette, opens onto the garden and the fourth double bedroom and bathroom are behind this. The villa is set in over 1700 sq meters of garden and has a private gated entrance. This villa has been featured in 'Homes Overseas' and 'Homes Away From Home' magazines.

The villa is located above the village of San Peire, Les Issambres, which is 10 minutes walk away. San Peire offers several sandy beaches, water sports activities and a port which has regular ferry services to St Tropez. The village has amenities for all ages, including bars, restaurants, take away food and of course great bread and pastry shops. There is a supermarket and other shops include a pharmacy, post office, gifts and souvenir shops. The village has a market every Monday and, in the high season (July to end of August) there is an Artisans market every Thursday and Sunday evening. Circuses and other children’s activities regularly come to town. The villa is near enough to walk to everything but far enough away for peace in the evenings and night time. The lively town of Sainte Maxime, which offers numerous restaurants and a night market in high season, is just 8kms away along the coast road. The famous village of St. Tropez is only 30mins across the bay by ferry

  • The top floor of the villa has an master bedroom with en suite which includes bath and shower. There is a separate WC. The study / bedroom with a single chair bed is also on this floor. On the main entrance level, there is one double bedroom with double bed and one double bedroom with two single beds. These bedroom share a bathroom and there are two separate WCs on this floor. On the lower / basement level there is a large internal bedroom with two single beds and a double sofa bed and a futon. The separate living room on this level, which opens onto the garden, has a further double sofa bed. There is a shower room and a separate WC on this level. This level has no air-conditioning but fans are provided. (Although the sofa beds are double sofa beds, for prolonged comfort these have been allocated one per person, they could sleep two).

Notes:

As the villa is situated on a hill side, although children are welcome constant supervision is advised. The swimming pool has a shallow end of 1m and a deep end of 2m. The pool does have an alarm but constant supervision of children is highly advised. Due to the hillside position of the villa, there are steps from the parking area to the villa and it is therefore unsuitable for some elderly people. Air conditioning is available in the main bedrooms but not in the basement bedrooms. However this floor keeps cooler due to its position and fans are provided.

Zacky said everything I thought of to say - I fully agree. We (parents and four children) were lucky to spend two wonderful weeks at the villa. The villa is very tastefully equiped and very well maintained. It is just a five minute walk to the see and the port is near by, so our children were able to participate in sailing classes, do waterskiing or just go swimming in the mediterranean without us having to drive them. We also found a tennis club near by.
We truly enjoyed our stay!
