Situated off a quiet country lane,5 minutes from Lorgues and approached through electric gates, this charming villa lies in 1 acre of beautifully landscaped gardens with olive trees and vines. In the main house there are two bedrooms; one double and one twin with a further double bedroom, with en-suite facilities, accessed by a separate entrance-fitted wardrobes in all. The comfortable living area is tastefully furnished with a wood burning fire for off-season lets. In the well appointed kitchen, there is an American style fridge freezer providing ice on tap for those hot summer days. The kitchen opens out onto a large covered terrace that overlooks the attractive private swimming pool with its south facing sun terrace and BBQ. There is a separate spacious games room which boasts brand new facilities including table tennis, table football, darts and a vast choice of board games. In conclusion, a comfortable and relaxed country holiday at any time of year offering something for everyone

Lorgues is a lovely medieval village located in the centre of Provence with a wonderful weekly market. It is situated about one hour's drive from airports at Nice and Toulon and is set in a beautiful area 30 minutes from both mountains and beaches.

All rooms have heating for off-season lets and fly screens and ceiling fans for the summertime. The pool, with its solar heated shower, is cleaned and maintained twice weekly. Activities: The villa provides a perfect base for all ages and at all times of the year. At Eastertime, guests have the unique opportunity of lazing on the beach one day then skiing in the mountains the next. In early Summer, a visit to the spectacular lavender fields is a must. Then,in high season,the Aquapark at St. Maxime guarantees a fun packed day for all. Lorgues dates from Roman times and is dominated by its early 18th century Church. There are a variety of events held in Lorgues throughout the Summer and there are frequent Summer jazz and classical concerts at the nearby Château de Berne. Local attractions include the Abbaye du Thoronet and the waterfall of Sillans La Cascade. The Gorges du Verdon (the French Grand Canyon) and Lac Ste Croix (the largest lake in Provence) offer sailing, swimming, white water rafting and kayaking and are only 45 minutes away. In the opposite direction is the Côte d'Azur with such famous places as Fréjus, St Raphaël, St Maxime, Port Grimaud and St Tropez.

Dining: A 5-minute drive from the house is the Michelin starred restaurant Chez Bruno that is renowned for its truffles. In Lorgues itself there are 11 restaurants suiting all budgets and tastes and in addition there are 2 Pizza takeaways. There are many châteaux and wine domaines close by including the wine co-ops of Lorgues and Taradeau.

We have, for the 3rd time, found ourselves drawn back to this captivating little villa. Geraldine and Anthony have managed the perfect combination of a home from home, with all the trappings to make your stay clean and comfortable, set amongst the peace and tranquillity of the lovely Lorgues countryside. Mas Aladin, for us, has a truly magical quality we have yet to find elsewhere. Here we can unwind, relax and have a real holiday. We will be back. Cyn and Pete.

A super holiday in a wonderful villa

When we are suffering the cold, grey, damp weather in England, we dream of our return to Mas Aladin. Each stay gets better and better and before we arrive back home we are longing to return! The house is idyllically situated and beautifully appointed offering every comfort. The care and attention we receive, from the moment we send our enquiry to you, is second to none- we really feel special and nothing is too much trouble. Furthermore, we really appreciate how you take great care not only over the house but also over the maintenance of the pool and grounds which are absolutely outstanding!! Thank you!!

Mas Aladin is a beautiful place to stay

We enjoyed MAs Aladin very much. It is a very clean house with everything you need to spent a wonderfull time. From kitchen , to bedrooms and bathroom : all super !
The house is located in a very quiet and nice area ; and has an added value to have stores close to the house (5 min. by car) to make the necessary shopping.
The terrace and the swimming pool are fabulous.
I recommand this house very much.
The area is fantastic : about 40 minutes from Saint-Maxime and the gorges du verdon. The town Lorgues has a great weekly market.

I would also like to thank the owners ; everything was perfectly organised .
