Lac St. Casssien 10 minutes - Montauroux village 5 minutes - Cannes 40 mins - Coast 15 mins - Autoroute 10 minutes. A comfortable nicely appointed small villa of 120 total sq. metres area, within walking distance to the centre of the medieval village of Montuaroux. The village has shops, restaurants, and a local market in the village square once a week. Leclerc supermarket is within 10 minutes' drive. Horse riding and tennis within a short drive. Entrance to the villa by means of a sharp downhill driveway to the front door, with parking for 2 cars. Small entrance hall leading down steps into lounge/dining room, off of which is a fully equipped modern kitchen exiting onto a patio leading to the pool area. Lounge - with BBC TV - looks onto the pool and a magnificent view of the valley and hills to the south. Two double bedrooms each with showers and WC. Modern swimming pool 9m x 4m. Frejus and Ste. Maxime resorts are within 25 minutes by car.

The only reason I wouldn't quite give five stars is the lack of air-con. The nights were hot and a bit stuffy. However this is being picky as overall it is a fantastic villa being comfortable, peaceful and clean. One of the most relaxing places we've been to.
Montaroux is a lovely small village with very friendly locals and a great little restaurant (martins?). Excellent Michelin star restaurant 2.5km away as well Auberge Fontaine d'aragon (I think) .
Road up to the village is short but steep and with no pavement so a little care is needed.
The beautiful villages of Tourettes sur loup and Mougins are quite close as are Cannes and Antibes.
Overall woudd't hesitate to recommend
