Villa Rosier is situated facing south west on the hillside just below the village of Callian. The property enjoys calming views towards the village of Montauroux. From the villa you can take a leisurely walk up hill to the village for local shopping and dining out. Villa Rosier is a beautifully furnished and equipped villa in a modern style. The open plan living:dining and kitchen area opens onto a wide outside dining terrace with barbecue and the added extra of a heated spa. The gardens are well laid out and safe for children. The pool has security shutters and is gated.

Callian is a small hill top village just 25 minutes from the coast at Cannes or Frejus. There are far reaching views from the village across this beautiful region and it is close to Lac de St Cassien with a wealth of leisure pursuits. The area has some excellent shopping with local markets, good supermarkets, banks etc. There is a good choice of restaurants, in the village or closeby in the villages of Montauroux, Tourrettes or Fayence. Callian is a very pretty village with a delightful waterfall beside the village square and is a great place to enjoy a leisurely meal.

This property is particularly suitable for families with young children due to the safety gate on the stairs, the gates between the terrace and pool area. The gardens are grassed and level. The whole property is set behind lockable gates and is very private.
