We are delighted to provide a 'Welcome Pack' on your arrival, which will contain some basic foods etc.
We require a 650 security deposit which will be refunded within one week of departure subject to damages/breakages.
Built into our rental price is a cleaning fee which covers cleaning on the day of your departure. If the villa is left in such a condition that requires extra cleaning , the extra cleaning costs will be deducted from the security deposit at a rate of €20.00 / hr
Please note that garden and pool maintenance will be carried out during all stays. Times etc will be arranged at the 'Meet & Greet'
