The house is very well located in a lovely suburb. I liked the views across to the Woodland from the Patio and the upstairs bedrooms.
The house is very well proportioned with ample room for a large family.
The lounge is well furnished, ideal for relaxing in the evenings. TV/DVD/X-box etc.were used frequently. The gardens outside are well maintained and pleasing on the eye with a colourful variation of plants and shrubs.
The raised patio is ideal for meal times with the Wisteria covering the Arbour providing shade when required.
The swimming pool is a real asset. Local amenities are just a short walk away with a very good local market twice a week and excellent local restaurants, a couple of which were beach-side locations.
Getting to the local beaches was easy, 10 mins away by car.
I really enjoyed driving along the Cornice to Cannes.
Overall a very enjoyable stay with superb weather, interesting places to visit accessible by car or train.

We should just say, for future readers, that the games machine is a PlayStation1, and not an Xbox; and the local beaches are a mile away - and so 5 minutes in the car or a 10-15 minute walk.
