'Boulouris Panorama' is a private estate in the small town of Boulouris, St. Raphael. Situated in the Var region of Southern France. The estate is privately managed. The property has a shared swimming pool and also tennis courts available. At the entrance of the estate, there are three beautiful beaches to choose from. The town of St. Raphael is only 5 mins drive away. Cannes is approx 17kms and Nice airport approx 70kms. Number 404 has recently been renovated and is decorated to a high standard of comfort. An excellent place for a family holiday. The villa is suitable for two adults and two children only. The villa offers fabulous panoramic views of the Cote D'Azur. The property is accessed via steep steps. When converting the rental rates, the landlord is not responsible for any charges your bank may take when transferring funds.

Boulouris is a quiet town, situated just outside St. Raphael. It's a great summer and winter location, enjoying panoramic views over the Cote d'Azur. St. Raphael is only 5kms. A gentle drive on the coast road will take you to Agay, Cannes and Nice. To the west are the beautiful towns of St. Maxime, Port Grimaud and St. Tropez.

    Tenants are responsible for any bank charges incurred when transferring the payment. The full amount must be paid to the Owners.

the property is well maintained.The property is well situated ,not too far from the sea side and shops.The flat included everything we needed.
we loved taking our meals in the small garden.The children really liked to use the swimming pool and they even made friends.It was secure enough for them to play outside.
good price.
