'Boulouris Panorama' is a private estate in the small town of Boulouris, St. Raphael. Situated in the Var region of Southern France. The estate is privately managed. The property has a shared swimming pool and also tennis courts available. At the entrance of the estate, there are three beautiful beaches to choose from. The town of St. Raphael is only 5 mins drive away. Cannes is approx 17kms and Nice airport approx 70kms. Number 404 has recently been renovated and is decorated to a high standard of comfort. An excellent place for a family holiday. The villa is suitable for two adults and two children. The villa offers fabulous panoramic views of the Cote D'Azur. The property is accessed via steep steps.

Boulouris is a quiet town, situated just outside St. Raphael. It's a great summer and winter location, enjoying panoramic views over the Cote d'Azur. St. Raphael is only 5kms. A gentle drive on the coast road will take you to Agay, Cannes and Nice. To the west are the beautiful towns of St. Maxime, Port Grimaud and St. Tropez.
