This is an elegant Provencial villa nestled in the hills overlooking the picturesque valley of Plan de la Tour. From the elevated terrace beautiful vistas of the surrounding hills and the vineyards in the valley below abound. The Villa offers a tranquil setting for those wishing to relax but still be within easy reach of all the excitement the Gulf of St Tropez has to offer. Situated 10 minutes from the beaches of St Maxime and a short drive to St Tropez makes it an ideal location from which to explore the region. The Villa is situated on large, private grounds and has 3 spacious double bedrooms each with its own en-suite bathroom. Bigger groups of visitors can also use 1 extra private bedroom with access to the Master bedroom. Each bedroom is furnished to a high standard and decorated in an elegant Provencal style . Villa has a large well-appointed open plan lounge/dining room which is stylishly decorated. All rooms open out onto a large terrace which runs the the length of the house.

  • Payment conditions:
    1. In connection with entering into lease contract “La Farrell” sends a rental contract to a tenant. At the same time, 25% of the lease price becomes due.
    2. The rest of the lease price, according to the “La Farrell's” duties towards the owner of the villa/castle/lodge, must be paid to “La Farrell” latest 6 weeks before arrival.
    3. In case the order is submitted later than 60 days before the start of the lease, the entire price must be paid immediately.
    Deposit: 800 €
    End-cleaning: 120 €
    By request heating of the pool: 150 €
    Liability insurance (4 % from the total rent amount) in case renter doesn't have it.
