Set in a large lush, lawned garden, this spacious detached villa is in a quiet residential area, with a superb sea-view, and private swimming pool offering peace and tranquillity. From the villa you have just a short walk across wine yards, to the two fine sand beaches called Gigaro, and Héraclee. From the villa you can enjoy a long walk at 'Le cap lardier' along the cost and lots of hikes. Historical Grimaud, and little Venice Port Grimaud, as well as the famous beaches of St Tropez and Ramatuelle which are closed a 15min ride. So, it is possible to enjoy both the quiet day life in La Croix Valmer, and the glamour night life in Saint Tropez.

Notes: Young children need to be watched. The villa enjoys a large garden with rocks, and a little cascade, that can be very enjoyable for over 10 years old, but dangerous for little children. It's also to be considered that there is a stones-made wall overhanging the swimming pool , and from the terrace , it is not higher than 2 feet, and has no barrier over. Access to the garden is by stairs, so it is not possible to park a boat. There is a one car garage. The others cars have to be parked, on the private lane along the villa.

Swimming pool- garden- parking: Swimming pool- The swimming pool (8 x 4m) has no shallow end. So, there is no paddling possibility for the kids. The depth is 1,60m so there is no diving possibility. I t is secured by an alarm modèle Aquapremium Norme Afnor NFP 90-307. garden There are stairs to access to the villa and the garden, so it is not possible to park a boat. The garden ( about a square mile) with its rocks, waterfall and lot of hiding places can be very funny for over 10 children, but could be also quite dangerous for the little children, the parents need to keep a close eye on the youngsters Parking There is a one car garage. If any other cars, they have to be parked along the house, on the private lane.

Insurance: The villa is secured with iron-barred shelters against burglary. The tenants must be insured for damages or loss or robbery of their own possessions. They have to check their own insurance. No request possible against the owner's insurance. A little safe is available for money and jewels.

Deposit guarantee: Deposit: To confirm the booking a deposit of 25% of the rental fee is to be paid at the reservation. In case of withdrawal- Within the 3 weeks before the date of arrival, the total rental fee has to be paid -Before these 3 weeks, the deposit will be lost. Of course, if the period cancelled has been re-rent, the deposit will be returned. Guarantee: A check in the sum of 1000 Euros is required at arrival as a guarantee against damages , and returned at departure. Will be deducted possible damages. ( Previous damages have been made on the liner cover of the pool, due to pointed objects or dog's clowes.)

We really enjoyed our week in ' la sarrazine' It is a really fantastic property in the tradionnal french style with simply stunning wiews ! Alastair

The holiday was fantastic. The view from the terrace, the weather... and the French food and wine. You have a lovely house, (we are envious) plenty of room and we have showed other people our photos, and they may be looking next year. The garden and the swimming pool is that final touch. It is a pity we have to leave . Graham.

great holiday

We have been coming to the villa for a number of years now. To wake up in the morning looking over the bay and the ejoying breakfast on the veranda and wandering down to the beach tthrough the vineyard is just so relaxing. Then into the pool later in the afternoon

Lovley house, which everytime we leave we are envious for the next ones folowing on. We wil be back next year.

A pleasant and lovely stay at Villa Sarazine

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa in La Croix Valmer. The villa is comfortable and has all facilities for a nice and pleasant holiday. The garden is very attractive for children (above 6). Our 2 children ( 8 and 6 years old) loved to play in the garden and the waterfall inside. Also the ‘Jeux de Boules’ area was loved by the kids. The welcome was warm and hospitable. The view from the terraces towards the wine gardens and the Mediterranean Sea is magnificent. De beautiful beaches are easily to access. We can recommend this Villa to all who want to taste the flower of the Cote d’Azur.
