A LUXURY VILLA situated in a private Domaine with secure gated entrance just a few minutes walk from the centre of Grimaud. The villa is light, airy and spacious. It is well maintained with a local (English speaking) guardian, who will welcome you on your arrival (if during the day and will otherwise arrange access for you). The villa is exceptionally well equipped with a large sitting/dining room with a fireplace, fitted kitchen and bedrooms with comfortable beds! There is a large secluded sunny garden with pineapple,lemon and olive trees, and views of the Medieval Castle of Grimaud and surrounding countryside. A large covered terrace with outside dining table, as well as a sofa and chairs, leads onto a lawn and a 10m x 5m swimming pool with Swim Jet and heating if desired. There is an outside 'wet room' and separate loo. There is also a gas BBQ, boule area and a table tennis table.Plenty of secure on site parking. Not suitable for children under 5 years of age.

This beautiful villa is ideally situated in a quiet location yet is in easy reach of St Tropez, Port Grimaud, St Maxime and beautiful beaches. 1 hr 10mins from Nice Airport or 30 minutes from nearest motorway junction. This traditional unspoilt village boasts many restaurants from Haute Cuisine to more casual dining. There is a choice of high quality shops and a market of fresh produce every Thursday. Boule is played in the village square in the afternoons. The market and beaches of St Tropez, the Gorges du Verdon and many other worthwhile attractions and within easy reach although a car will be necessary.

  • 50% Deposit required on Booking. Final Payment due 6 weeks before start of rental. Refundable damage deposit of £250. Pool Heating available April through October at €150 for the first week and then €75 for each week (or part) thereafter.

    Bed linen and towels (but not beach towels) are included. Electricity, water and gas included but house heating available by arrangement.
  • Rates are negotiable for smaller occupancies.

Accommodation: This beautiful villa comprises entrance porch to large entrance hall in the Stone 'tower' with cloakroom and guest facilities. The large Salon/Dining Room off has French windows onto the terrace and has TV with surround sound stereo system. A fully equipped large kitchen also leads off the hall. On the ground floor there is the Master bedroom with spacious dressing room and Bathroom with separate shower. Upstairs in the tower are a further two double bedrooms, one with balcony, bathroom and separate WC. Outside is a large wet room and separate WC. There is a table tennis table outside. All fittings are to a very high standard. The garage, which is entered from the hallway, contains a second 'bottle' fridge/freezer and laundry facilities. The villa covers a floor area of 185 sq m set on a terrain of 1750 sq m.

Terrace: The Terrace is well equipped for al fresco dining with large table and 8 chairs. There is a table tennis table and equipment.

Location: Helicopter transfers are available from Nice Airport landing at Grimaud Heliport 2 km with free transfer to villa. Local airport at La Mole available for private aircraft 10 km.

We are from New Zealand and had the most wonderful peaceful stay at Grimaud Villa. It was an all adult group which is perfect for this luxury villa where we wanted for nothing. It was well maintained, beautifully presented and the views from the secluded garden with fabulous pool and outdoor eating area were amazing.
It is only a short walk to the charming village and there are lots of historical sites as well as beautiful beaches nearby.
The villa itself was spacious and the owners were very friendly and helpful.Highly Recommended!!

Thoroughly enjoyed a two week visit early June and would not hesitate to return! Property description and photos says it all, but one has to be there to experience the peaceful charm and local beauty of the nearby village and other local areas. The gardens and pool draw you outside where one spends most of the time when at the villa in this quiet gated community. A car is necessary to explore the many wonderful villages and beach areas nearby. Owners and local agent are easy to work with and responsive and we hope to return again someday soon.

Pretty Villa

A pretty villa with fabulous outside area for eating and a great pool. The outside shower/wet room is a real bonus. The garden and pool are extremely well-maintained. The villa itself is well equipped, clean and extremely comfortable with a large master bedroom/ensuite. The two bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom (bath and shower) with one bedroom having french windows out onto a balcony. there is a large sitting room with plenty of room.
Grimaud village is a beautiful old village with many restaurants and is a ten minute walk up a hill, with stunning views. The villa is perfectly placed for exploring the coast line, although a car is needed to reach the beaches. This is a lovely villa both for relaxing by the pool and using the facilities in the village or as a base for exploring the beautiful surroundings, including St Tropez. I would say a car is essential though. Very highly recommended.

Perfect holiday villa

I would highly recommend this villa. I have stayed there several times now and every visit has been so enjoyable. Its location is perfect, being situated in a gated domaine. Not only does it feel safe but it is also very quiet.Its close proximity to Grimaud - the prettiest, picture-postcard, tradional village you'd ever wish to see - is a major plus. Just a short walk away, the village has quaint little shops, cafes and restaurants. I could quite easily eat there every night! The ambience is so typically French and there's nothing nicer than sitting outside on the cobbled streets drinking a chilled, white wine and looking out over the magnificent views. The market is a major attraction. Down below in Manon there are all the comforts you could wish for: lovely bed linen,comfortable beds, new bathrooms/showers ( try the outside shower room - it's fab!), easy-to-clean kitchen, charming covered terrace...The property is very well maintained and the owners are extremely easy to deal with. Manon is a very pretty house with a very traditonal, old farmhouse exterior and a smart, modern interior. Can't go wrong!

Grimaud Villa in St Tropez area

We have stayed in this villa with our children and friends twice and would recommend it. The village of Grimaud is within walking distance and offers little restaurants, shops and a weekly market. The villa is well placed to get to the marina at Port Grimaud and the ferry service across the bay to St Tropez. There are lots of walks from the villa which make it attractive out of season. Supermarkets are within easy driving distance. The villa is spacious and is naturally airy and cool in the summer. It is situated in a quiet gated domaine and has private and well maintained tropical gardens.
