The property comprises of a land of 5500 square meters (fully fenced) and offers a beautiful garden with many Mediterranean essences, a house of 300 square meters arranged in two parts and tastefully decorated, a large swimming pool (12m x 5m) suitable for children and disabled with a pool house. The estate also contains an outside barbecue area, 3 patios offering outdoor dining and sitting areas, 300 square meters of outdoor terraces (all the bedrooms have their own terrace) and a spacious parking area. The house is protected by an alarm system.

Our stay in Saint Tropez was memorable because of the super Villa we rented .. its a bit out of town and you need acra to get in but its very large and can accomodate a lot of friends .. we loved the rural aspect and the swimming pool and the outdoor living .. and the quite athmosphere .. Just Great and the owners could not have been more helpfull and welcoming ..The whole experience was top class.The property was clean and very well mantained ..

I stayed here with a group of friends in August 2008 and we all had a wonderful time. The villa is located in a beautiful part of St Tropez, and near to both the beach (2 min drive), and the town (2 min drive). The villa is set in its own quiet private grounds, with an amazing pool area. All the rooms were comfortable, and spacious. We spent most days at the villa and we enjoyed cookng outside on the grill, or a glass of wine or two on the terrace. St Tropez itself is a great destination, and we will certainly return. Highly recommend it.
