General Information:
2 minutes walk from the front door is a large, sandy beach. A ferry service from the boat yard adjacent goes every ½ hour to and from the main Port Grimaud centre. Port Grimaud itself has a doctor’s surgery, many excellent and reasonably priced restaurants, several small ‘superettes’ for shopping and 5 minutes away is the Geant supermarket and a variety of other shops catering for every need.
St Tropez, Cogolin and St Maxime are all close by, just inland on the peninsular are some pretty villages with plenty of interesting sightseeing places and walks. There is an extensive network of safe cycle-paths along the coast. Golf courses can be found at St Maxime (20mins) and Beauvallon (7mins). From July there will be a Tourist Information Office in the Port where you can obtain information and maps of the surrounding area.
Terms & Conditions of Let (1):
The house is available only to non-smokers.
The hirer shall take all reasonable care of the property, furnishings and equipment. Please particularly protect the soft furnishings from suntan oil.
Compliance with the community regulations is a necessity. This essentially comprises the quiet enjoyment of the immediate area around the property and due regard for the surrounding neighbours and residents.
Any problems with appliances should be reported immediately to English contact number or the on site manager / cleaner.
A security & reservation deposit of £700 will be required together with the completed Holiday Let Agreement and Booking Form, which will be sent to you by email, (please print it out), giving full details of all the people who will be staying in the house.
Terms & Conditions of Let (2):
The hire charge should be sent 2 months before commencement of the holiday or, if already within that period, immediately. Should there be any damage to the house or contents, the cost will be deducted from the security deposit.
The hire charge is based on 4 people sharing, (which is any person aged 2 or more), additional charges are made per person thereafter. Bookings are from Tuesday 4.00pm to Tuesday 10.00am. The price includes gas, electricity and water use together with a cleaning service every Tuesday. Bed linen and towels are not included.
