The accommodation with air conditioning is situated in this very large villa, with south facing sea view over vineyards to the bay of Gigaro, where there are many restaurants and one of the nicest beaches in the area - safe for children - St. Tropez, Gassin, Ramatuelle all within 20 minute drive. The village ( La Croix Valmer) is 4km with all shops, bars, restaurants and a lively Sunday market. The Villa has a private heated pool.

The accommodation on 1 level comprises superb Provencal style kitchen + living room/dining room, with TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridges etc... 3 double bedrooms, all with French windows to terraces, have either double or twin beds. One bedroom has en suite WC and shower. The main bathroom has a bath, WC, shower, bidet and 2 washbasins. There is also another shower room with WC and an individual WC. All these bedrooms are connected by a spacious central hall . Each room has air conditioning Set in grounds of 1 acre, in a quiet residential area there is a shaded outside eating area, with a barbecue. There is a small boules court. Changeover day is Friday. The owner and his wife live on the upper level at the rear with their dogs.

We wanted to write and say what a wonderful time we had staying at the villa. We both enjoyed ourselves immensely and I know that our friends did too.

The villa is in a superb location – away from it all but near enough to get to shops, restaurants and beaches. The fact that it was also a real home from home – in the best sense of the word – was the icing on the cake. As we said, every time we looked for anything in the kitchen we found it. So many times when we have been away it seems we have to buy equipment that you had already supplied in abundance.

The villa was well maintined and the pool irresistible!

You were both excellent hosts – there when we needed information but never intrusive.

We will return!
