It enjoys a sea view, from the ground floor but mostly from the first floor. The entrance gate is automatic, remote controlled. The garden has an area of 1300 m². It is enclosed, with trees and a big gas barbecue. The living area is 180m² on the ground floor with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a hallway, a living room, a kitchen and dining area. Upstairs, the area is 90 m², with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Outside, there are covered and closed garages, a facing South swimming pool (45 m²), equipped with two stainless steel ladders and 'escawat' stairs. The 120 m² pool's terrace is tiled, with an outdoor shower. The outdoors are lighted with spots, around the house, in the garden, on the terrace and the pool.
