Spacious villa in own 4acres with pool near coast

The villa is situated 15km from the popular seaside resort of St.Maxime. St Tropez is a 10min ferry ride across the bay or take a leisurely drive around the coastal road to experience the wonderful markets on Tues and Sats. Our local village of Le Muy has its own colourful Provencal market days on Thurs and Sun. Our villa sits in its own 4acres land within a gated domain, so choose to either relax by the pool or enjoy some of the many varied activities close by. Our family villa is a spacious 200sq m neo-provencal style home, with mature gardens and pool. In the huge galleried living/dining room 80sq m there are 4 double french sliding doors that lead out to various terraces, one leads directly to the pool and the outside dining area with a wooden circular dining table and eight cushioned armchairs, gas BBQ and fridge all shaded by covered terrace. The villa is furnished with a mix of antique and contemporary furniture, large sofas, Sky TV, DVD, VCR, CD. Internet connection.

Le Muy is our nearest Provencal village with excellent restaurants, two supermarkets, butchers, a daily farmers market plus local produce on market days. There are also two English speaking doctors in the village. We are ideally situated to visit the Gorge de Verdon, Lac St Cassien, Gorge de Pennefort and of course the many vineyards nearby. A short drive to St Maxime gives you the choice of great family restaurants, bars, nightly street market, lots of free entertainment, excellent shopping and of course the beach restaurants of La Nartelle are not to be missed.

Notes to the rental rates

  • When booking, we will ask for 25% deposit. When paying the balance 6 weeks before arrival, we ask for an additional £500 refundable security deposit. Rentals include all linen and towels (there are at least 4 large house-towels per person, PLUS Pool Towels) weekly cleaning, and final clean, although we ask all visitors to leave the villa in good order. The Pool is cleaned at least once a week and there is a weekly gardener to cut lawns etc.
