Magnificent recently built villa with its own private pool in Saint Maxime with lovely views of the surrounding hills, 2 min (1km) from La Nartelle beach voted one of the best beaches on the Cote d’Azur. Saint Maxime Marina and Golf club are just 5 min away and the villa is situated in the up market le Semaphore district. This elegant seaside town enjoys a beautiful aspect on the Gulf of St.Tropez with access to smart cafés, restaurants and shops. St. Tropez is just a 10 min by water taxi or 20 min by road offering some of Europe’s best beaches and shopping. The villa has a lovely garden with outdoor dining facilities and has a studio apartment on the lower level. The villa comprises a large living room dining area and 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. It is very tastefully furnished with all modern conveniences including wi-fi internet access and is fully air-conditioned.

The house and its environment was even better than expected! Everything was clean, comfortable and beautifut! We fully recommend! Our company included parents, grand-parents and three children (2, 5,and 8 years old).

Perfect vacation Villa

Spacious and cosy house in the very nice district of St. Maxime. The house is very comfortable and the nice garden, swimming pool and bbq make the outside life around the house a true enjoyment.
Though the 2 minutes to the beach should definitely be considered by car and not by foot.
Nearby great Golf course and scuba diving spots plus excellent restaurants in the city centre.

A great location to stay.
